Dental Assistant
I love being a part of the My Best Smile team! I respect the knowledge, kindness and excellent skill of our doctors that enables us to provide the best dental care possible. The teamwork and the upbeat attitudes shown from all of the staff make each day a great day. The best part of my job is talking to the patients and helping them feel better about their dental care by providing a calm atmosphere while getting to know them on a more personal level. I love seeing how the change in a patients smile can transform their life. My duties include providing assistance and support as a doctor performs a dental procedure, while making sure our patient is comfortable. Once the procedure is over I help educate them about post-op care.
My home life is shared with my husband of 26 years, two sons and three granddaughters. Exercising, gardening, cooking and traveling are a few hobbies I really enjoy. For the past 15 years I have volunteered as a Sunday school teacher at my church. I always try to find the joy in everyone I meet and in everything I do.
